Seated Balance with Swiss Exercise Ball and TheraGear® Core Disk

          Instruction:
Sit on Swiss Exercise Ball with neutral posture. Place right foot on TheraGear® Core Disk and left foot on floor. With abdominals contracted, lift left foot off floor. Release. Repeat other side.
