          Exercise Description:
Seated Bicep Curl to Overhead Press with TheraGear® Power Weight Ball on TheraGear®  Exercise Ball
           Classification:

          Instruction:
Start by sitting on the Swiss Exercise Ball with an upright spine.  Contract the abdominals and grip onto the TheraGear® Power Weight Balls.  Pull both elbows toward the side of the body and perform a bicep curl, palms toward the shoulders.  Rotate the palms until they are facing away from the body.  Raise the arms over the head until the arms are straight, but not locked.  Slowly return your hands back to the starting position. Repeat 10 to 12 times.
