          Exercise Description:
Standing Biceps Curl with TheraGear® Body Toning Bar
           Classification:
Biceps
          Instruction:
Stand with feet hip-width apart gripping onto TheraGear® Body Toning Bar, palms facing toward the floor.  Contract the abdominal muscles and slowly curl the forearms up toward the biceps keeping elbows into sides.  Hold for 2 seconds, and exhale slowly return back to starting position. Repeat 12- 15 times.
