          Exercise Description:
Standing Forearm Swing with TheraGear® Power Weight Ball
           Classification:
Biceps, Shoulders
          Instruction:
Start with feet hip-width apart and maintain a neutral upright posture.  Grip onto the TheraGear® Power Weight Balls and keep elbows tucked in toward the waist.  Slowly circle the forearms in opposite directions.  Speed the movement up once the technique has been executed. Repeat 20 to 30 times.
