          Exercise Description:
Shoulder  Press with the Body Toning Bar on the Full Foam Roller
           Classification:
Abdominal Core, Balance, Shoulders
          Instruction:
Lie vertically on the roller, knees bent and feet in front of you. 
Exhale push TheraGear® Body Toning Bar over the head, keeping the abdominals contracted.
 Inhale return to starting position.
          Side Note:
Repeat 8-10 times
