Seated Core Warm-Up on Swiss Exercise Ball

          Instruction:
This is a warm-up exercise. Sit with good posture on the TheraGear® exercise ball, hands on your hips. Tilt hips side to side then back to neutral position. For variation, tilt hips forward and back or in a circular motion.
