Seated Forearm Curl on Swiss Exercise Ball with TheraGear® Power Weight Ball

          Instruction:
Seated on the TheraGear®  Exercise Ball in a neutral posture, keep the forearms parallel to the floor, TheraGear® Power Weight Ball handles resting at the base of the fingers, TheraGear® Power Weight Balls hanging downward. Starting with an open palm, flick the TheraGear® Power Weight Ball to an upright position, gripping the handle at the same time. Be sure to maintain the arm position, making sure the movement is limited to the hand rather than the arms.
