Soccer Kick with TheraGear® Core Disk and TheraGear® Ankle Tube
           Classification:

          Instruction:
Stand with right foot on TheraGear® Core Disk and tubing around ankles. Balancing on TheraGear® Core Disk, bring the left leg forward as if you were about to kick a ball in front of you. Release. Repeat other side.
