Spine Stretch with TheraGear® Core Disk 
           Classification:

          Instruction:
Sit upright on TheraGear® Core Disk, arms and legs extended straight in front of you, feet flexed slightly toward you. Hold spine in a neutral position and inhale. Exhale, drawing chin toward chest. Visualize leading with top of head and pulling navel toward spine to create a C-shaped curve. Look at knees and extend arms by ears. Inhale, then exhale slowly as you return to starting position.
