          Exercise Description:
Reverse Lunge with TheraGear® Fitband  
           Classification:

          Instruction:
Securely attach Fitband to a sturdy object.  Stand with feet hip-width apart and knees slightly bent. With arms extended in front of you, hold ends of Fitband in each hand. Step right leg back, keeping heel off floor. Perform a lunge by slowly dropping right knee toward floor. Release and repeat.
