Reverse Crunch on TheraGear® Core Disk with Fitband
           Classification:
Abs, Abdominal Core
          Instruction:
Lie face up with TheraGear® Core Disk under low back and arms extended overhead, hands anchored. Lift feet off the floor, bending the legs. Slowly lift hips toward head, curling knees toward the chest. Release. For added resistance, secure a Fitband around ankles and anchor it to a sturdy object in front of you.
