          Exercise Description:
Push-Up with TheraGear® Extreme Balance Board and TheraGear® Core Disks 
           Classification:
Chest, Core Stabilization
          Instruction:
Place one TheraGear® Core Disk under each end of balance board. Assume a push-up position with one hand on each end of board and feet hip-width apart. With neutral posture, perform push-ups without either end of board touching the TheraGear® Core Disks below. For less intensity, perform push-up from your knees.
