          Exercise Description:
Push-ups with Balance Board and TheraGear® Swiss Ball Pro
           Classification:
Chest, Triceps, Core Stabilization
          Instruction:
In a push-up position, place hands on opposite ends of balance board and feet and shins on Swiss Exercise Ball. Align hands under shoulders. Slowly lower chest toward balance board, then push up to starting position. Repeat. This is an advanced exercise.
