Single Leg Stretch II with TheraGear® Core Disk
           Classification:

          Instruction:
Lie face up on mat with TheraGear® Core Disk under shoulder blades. Inhale as you bring right knee to chest, applying pressure to side of right ankle and knee. Extend left leg, holding it slightly off mat. Lift head and shoulders off mat. Exhale as you switch leg positions, applying pressure to side of left ankle and knee. Make sure lower spine is fully supported in a flexed position and your neck is not tense, which can restrict breathing.
