Single TheraGear® Power Weight Ball Shoulder Raise on Swiss Exercise Ball

          Instruction:
Start from a seated position on the Swiss Exercise Ball, one arm extended upward above the shoulder. Maintaining a strong, neutral posture, push the TheraGear® Power Weight Ball upward through the shoulder without moving the torso. Basically, the shoulder is elevating upward. Try not to shift or slide on the exercise ball. Keep the body in a strong, neutral position.
