          Exercise Description:
One-Legged Knee Extension and Elbow Extension with TheraGear® Fitband 
           Classification:
Legs, Triceps
          Instruction:
Securely wrap one end of Fitband around right foot and bend right leg, lifting right foot off floor and holding it behind you. Standing on your left foot, hold Fitband in right hand with right arm bent, elbow pointing to ceiling. Straighten right arm, keeping wrist neutral. At the same time, straighten right leg until foot touches the floor. Release. Repeat other side.
