          Exercise Description:
One Leg Squat with TheraGear® Body Toning Bar
           Classification:
Hamstrings, Glutes, Quads
          Instruction:
Start with the TheraGear® Body Toning Bar in front of you, holding onto it with both hands.  Lift the chest and place one foot behind the other calf.  Contract your abdominals, and inhale sit back into a squat, keep the toes are up in shoes to protect the knees.  Keep the abdominals contracted, and exhale back to the starting position. Repeat 12-15 times.
