Kneel on Swiss Exercise Ball, twist with TheraGear® Body Toning Bar
           Classification:

          Instruction:
 Begin by kneeling on the Swiss Exercise Ball and place TheraGear® Body Toning Bar behind the neck resting on the upper trapezius muscles.  Contract the abdominal muscles while maintaining a good posture, slowly twist, hold for 2 seconds and return to starting position. Alternate sides and repeat 20 to 25 times.
