Kneeling Ball Squeeze

          Exercise Description:
The exercise strengthen the leg abductor muscles (inner thigh)
           Classification:
Abductor
          Instruction:
Start by straddling the ball. 
Your knees should be pointing straight down.
Anchor yourself in position with your feet behind the ball.
Use your inner thighs, squeeze the ball as hard as you can. Make sure your thighs and knees are pointing straight.
Hold each squeeze for 5 seconds, then release.
          Side Note:
Repeat 8-10 times
