          Exercise Description:
Front Squat with TheraGear® Body Toning Bar Standing on Swiss Exercise Ball
           Classification:

          Instruction:
Caution:  do not perform this exercise unless you have a spotter.  Do not attempt to do this exercise until you have mastered standing on the ball for at least 3 minutes. Begin with feet on Swiss Exercise Ball, feet slightly wider than hip-width and TheraGear® Body Toning Bar resting on shoulders with arms crossing over-top to secure the bar.  Keep focus on one spot,  contract the abdominals, inhale slowly sit back into a squat, keeping the weight evenly distributed through your feet and the knees aligned with the second toes.  Don't allow the chest to collapse forward.  Hold for 2 seconds and exhale slowly return to the standing position. Repeat 8 to 10 times.
