Full Shoulder Raise Kneeling on Swiss Exercise Ball with TheraGear® Power Weight Ball

          Instruction:
Start from a kneeling position on the Swiss Exercise Ball, arms extended downward to the side. Keeping the torso in a neutral position, slowly raise the arms to an overhead position, maintaining rigid arms with a slight bend in the elbow.
