Glute Stretch with the Swiss Exercise Ball

          Exercise Description:
The gluteus maximus or glutes form your buttocks. These muscles are mainly used to extend the leg into a straight line with the torso and to rotate leg at the hip.
           Classification:
Gluteus Maximus, Stretches, Hockey Specific Training
          Instruction:
Place your left foot on the Swiss Exercise Ball. 
Put your right ankle just past the left knee.
Make sure your pelvis/hip area is not floating in the air. Keep as close to the floor as possible.
Keep your shoulders on the floor. Repeat the other side
          Side Note:
Try to stretch 3 times a day and hold 60 seconds
