Supine Dumbbell Press on TheraGear® Swiss Ball Pro

Instruction:
Assume a bridge position with your shoulders and head on the TheraGear® Swiss Ball Pro and your knees over your ankles. Your knees, hips and shoulders should be aligned. Holding dumbbells in each hand, bend arms to 90 degrees. The upper arms should be parallel to floor with palms facing forward. Align elbows with shoulders. Slowly extend arms to ceiling until dumbbells line up over chest. Release and repeat.
