TheraGear® created this privacy statement to demonstrate its firm
commitment to its visitors and customers privacy. The following discloses
the information gathering and dissemination practices for TheraGear®.
When you order from TheraGear®, we need your name (first and last)
your address (shipping address & billing address, if different than
shipping address) your e-mail address, your phone number (if you wish
to or we may call you regarding your order or future special offers
and promotions) and a creditcard number with expiration date.
We do not sell any customer information to any third party. Neither
do we provide any individually identifiable customer information to
any third party except as follows:
in response to subpoenas, court orders or legal process, or if we find
that your actions on our web site violate any laws or commonly acceptable
website use practices; in order to finalize a purchase, certain information
(such as purchase amount) is shared with your financial institution
or credit card issuer; in the case of affiliate, purchasing groups or
other referrals where the referring party requires some information
(such as the amount of a purchase). This site contains links to other
sites and may be "linked to" from other sites. We are not responsible
for the privacy practices or the content of any such other Web site.
Security
Your TheraGear® account information is password-protected for your
privacy and security.
In certain areas TheraGear® uses industry-standard SSL-encryption
to protect data transmissions.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We at TheraGear® make every effort to ensure our customers satisfaction
with our products. If you are unsatisfied for any reason within the
first 30 days after our invoice date, please refer to the return policy
below.
Of course not all products come under this guarantee. These are our
extensive range of Videos, DVD's, CD's and books, which have been opened.
We are sure you can appreciate the reason for this exclusion.
Not all situations are covered under the above policy. Should you have

Shipping Policy
On any shipment returned or redirected due to the customer providing
incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses, please be advised that there
will be a $15.00 shipping surcharge levied for each shipment or box,
whichever is greater, in addition to any extra shipping costs.
We offer a variety of shipping options and will ship according to your
choice. The rates will vary depending upon the option you choose.
All orders placed should be shipped within two business days.
In the unlikely event we are temporarily out of stock or unable to
ship for any reason, we will ship as soon as we are able and process
your payment at that time.
All goods are shipped f.o.b. our warehouse. All COD shipments will bear an additional per box handling charge.
In the event that the package
you receive appears damaged, please note any damage on the waybill when
accepting the package. Please open immediately and inspect the goods
for hidden damage. In the unlikely event of damage due to shipping,
please contact us immediately. All shipment will be deemed to be delivered
in good order after 2 days of actual receipt of the goods.
Please note that orders of $200.00 and above may require address verification, a signature and may be confirmed by a sales representative via phone.
Returns Policy
WE BELIEVE IN FAIR AND OPEN WAYS OF DOING BUSINESS AND TRUST THAT YOU
WILL FIND THESE POLICIES FAIR TO BOTH YOU AND US
For all returns the following is required:
1. Contact our Customer Service department to obtain a Return-Goods-Authorization
Number.
2. Ensure that this RGA number is visibly displayed on the packaging
and noted in the letter which must accompany your return.
3. The goods being returned must be received by us within 14 days of
issuance of the RGA number.
4. All returns must be made shipment prepaid, no credit for shipping
will be issued

Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
All private label, personalized & custom made products may not be
returned for a credit or refund, except for manufacturing defects during
the warranty period.
Clearance Items
All clearance items are sold on a Final Sale basis. Any and all returns
are to be for store credit only. The returns allowed will be as stated in
the Return Policy Section above.
Warranty Policy
After the satisfaction guarantee period, each product has its own manufacturer's
warranty. Please refer to the description of this product for the applicable
warranty. In all warranty claims, we reserve the right to exchange,
repair the goods or credit the customer in our sole discretion, excluding
any shipping and handling charges.
We make no warranty, representation, guarantee or condition respecting
any new product, whether express or implied, statutory or otherwise
including without limitation, warranties of merchantability or fitness
for purpose and any such warranty, representation, guarantee or condition
is excluded. Our sole responsibility for warranty claims is limited
to return and refund as stated above and in our returns policy.
Limitation of Liability
In no event will we be liable to customer for any special, direct,
indirect, consequential, incidental, exemplary or punitive damages,
losses, injury, cost or expenses of any nature related to any product
or the use thereof. Total liability for any claims, whether in contract,
tort, warranty or otherwise shall be limited to the price of such product.
Cancellation Policy
We will accept cancellation of your order, provided we have not shipped
the goods. Once the goods are shipped, no cancellation will be accepted,
but you may return the goods, under our satisfaction guarantee. In all
such cases you are responsible for the cost of shipping.
Cookies
TheraGear® may set and access TheraGear® cookies on your computer.
TheraGear® allows other companies that are presenting advertisements
on some of our pages to set and access their cookies on your computer.
Other companies' use of their cookies is subject to their own privacy
policies, not this one. Advertisers or other companies do not have access
to TheraGear®'s cookies.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
TheraGear® may amend this policy from time to time. If we make any
substantial changes in the way we use your personal information we will
notify you by posting a prominent announcement on our pages.
