Supine Dumbbell Biceps Curls with TheraGear® Swiss Ball Pro

Instruction:
Lie face up with head, neck and shoulders on TheraGear® Swiss Ball Pro and feet on the floor, hip-width apart. The shoulders, hips and knees should be aligned. Allow your arms to touch the ball, and your hands and dumbbells to almost touch the floor. Perform biceps curls by bending arms and bringing hands to sides of ribcage. Release and repeat.
