Seated Dumbbell Press on TheraGear® Swiss Ball Pro

Instruction:
Sit with good posture on the TheraGear® Swiss Ball Pro, a dumbbell in each hand. Bend arms and lift dumbbells to ears, upper arm parallel to the floor. Extend arms toward ceiling until they are almost straight, palms facing forward. Release and repeat. For more intensity, lift one foot off the floor or kneel on top of the ball (this is very advanced)
