Seated Dumbbell Biceps Curls on TheraGear® Swiss Ball Pro

Instruction:
Sit on TheraGear® Swiss Ball Pro with feet on floor. Hold a dumbbell in each hand, palms facing forward. Perform biceps curls by bringing the hands to shoulders. Keep elbows close to body. Release and repeat. To work more on balance, lift one foot off the floor. For variety, alternate curls and/or leg lifts.
