Reversed DB Fly

Instruction:
Start: Position yourself on the Swiss Pro Ball
Up: Take hold of a pair of dumbbells with a neutral grip. With a slight bend in the elbows, raise DB’s in a wide arc by pulling shoulder blades together.
Down: Lower DB’s in a wide arc to meet underneath chest.
Side Note:
Repeat for 1 to 3 sets of 10 to 16 reps
