Exercise Description:
DB Military Press
Classification:
Hockey Specific Training, Core Stabilization, Biceps
Instruction:
Start: Sit with feet shoulder width apart, knees bent, grasp DB’s in overhand grip at about ear level.
Up: Press DB’s up by extending the elbows, until fully extended and DB’s meet together overhead.
Down: Lower DB’s from above head to ear level.
Side Note:
Repeat for 1 to 3 sets of 10 to 16 reps
