Exercise Description:
Horizontal Triceps Extension on TheraGear® Swiss Ball Pro with Dumbbells

Classification:
Abdominal Core, Upper Body, Triceps, Baseball Specific Training

Instruction:
This is an advanced exercise. Assume a bridge position with your shoulders and head on the TheraGear® Swiss Ball Pro and your knees over your ankles. Your knees, hips and shoulders should be aligned. Holding a dumbbell in your right hand, extend right arm toward the ceiling. Slowly bend right arm at the elbow until the forearm is extended across your chest and the dumbbell is by your left shoulder. Extend arm back to starting position. Complete set and repeat left side. To intensify, perform the same movement with one foot lifted off the floor.
