Exercise Description:
DB Bench with Swiss Pro Ball

Classification:
Hockey Specific Training, Core Stabilization

Instruction:
Start: Grasp dumbbells (DB) with overhand grip
Down: Lower DB’s until level with chest at nipple level.
Up: Push DB’s up until elbows are fully extended, do not arch back or raise the chest. DB’s meet together at top of movement

Side Note:
Repeat for 1 to 3 sets of 10 to 16 reps
