Dumbbell Preacher Curls on TheraGear® Swiss Ball Pro
Classification:

Instruction:
Kneel with one knee and one foot on the floor and the TheraGear® Swiss Ball Pro in front of you. With a dumbbell in hand, place right elbow on the ball with arm bent at a 45 degree angle. Slowly extend right arm by straightening the elbow. Bend elbow back into curl position. Repeat left arm.
