Exercise Description:
Bent Over Row with TheraGear® Body Toning Bar standing on Swiss Exercise Ball

Instruction:
Caution: only do this exercise with a spotter and if you have mastered standing on the ball.
Start with feet to the side of the Swiss Exercise Ball. Grip onto the TheraGear® Body Toning Bar, palms facing toward the body. Bend over at a 45-degree angle from the hips. Keep the back straight bending from the knees. Slowly pull the bar to the chest while gradually squeezing the shoulder blades together raising the elbows up toward the sky. Keep the shoulders down and the upper trapezius disengaged during the row. Keep the abdominals contracted and return to the starting position. Repeat 10 to 12 times.
