          Exercise Description:
Squat with TheraGear® Extreme Balance Board and TheraGear® Core Disks 
           Classification:
Core Stabilization, Balance, Legs
          Instruction:
Place one TheraGear® Core Disk under each end of balance board. Stand on board with feet hip-width apart. Bend arms, placing elbows to sides and hands touching in front of chest. Slowly perform a squat without ends of the board touching the TheraGear® Core Disks below.
