Side Lying Stretch with the Swiss Exercise Ball

          Exercise Description:
The side stretch lengthens and opens the side body.
           Classification:
Obliques, Stretches
          Instruction:
•  Lie with your left side on the exercise ball, both legs extended out to maintain balance.
•  Stretch by extending your right side fully and alternate sides when completed.
•  This exercise stretches your back, abdominal and chest muscles.
          Side Note:
Try to stretch 3 times a day and hold 60 seconds
