Side-Lying Quadricep Stretch with TheraGear® Body Toning Bar
           Classification:

          Instruction:
Begin by lying on your side.  Slightly bend the bottom leg for stability.  Now bend the top leg until the knee is directly under the hip.  Tuck the tailbone under and rest the TheraGear® Body Toning Bar on the top foot to deepen the stretch.  Hold for 45 seconds to a minute.
