Pullover on Swiss Exercise Ball with TheraGear® Power Weight Ball

Instruction:
Start from a ball bridge position, body weight centralized to the top of the shoulder blades while the hips shoulders and knees are maintained in parallel alignment. Keep the knee directly above the heel. The arms are rigid with a slight bend at the elbow, and extended out overhead from the shoulder. The weight should not drop below the shoulder. Maintaining a stable position on the Swiss Exercise Ball, slowly raise the arms over head until they are above the chest, keeping the weights together. Return to the start position.
