Scissors with TheraGear® Core Disk

          Instruction:
Lie face up on mat with TheraGear® Core Disk under pelvis and low back, arms extended and hands close to hips. With toes pointed, extend legs to ceiling, aligning them over hips. Maintain neutral pelvis. Depending on hamstring flexibility, legs can be slightly bent. Exhale and scissor legs, bringing right leg toward head and left leg toward floor. Do not rotate pelvis to achieve a greater range of motion.
