Roll-Up with TheraGear® Core Disk

Instruction:
Lie face up on a mat with TheraGear® Core Disk under your shoulder blades and knees bent. Visualize your ribs imprinted to the floor and inhale. Draw chin toward chest as you exhale. Pull your navel toward spine and curl forward with arms extending in front of you. Visualize leading with the top of your head. Stop when hands touch knees. For more intensity, straighten legs and curl forward until you are touching your toes. Inhale as you curl and exhale as you slowly lower down.
