One-Leg Circle with TheraGear® Fit Tube

          Instruction:
Lie face up on mat with tubing securely wrapped around right foot. Hold handles in each hand and bend arms so triceps are on mat and forearms point to the ceiling. Inhale with pelvis in neutral, left leg extended on floor and right leg extended to ceiling (with foot aligned over hip). If your hamstrings are tight, slightly bend right leg. Exhale and rotate from the ribcage, using the abdominals to swing your right leg in a circular motion: extended to the left, down, to the right and back to a neutral pelvis position. Repeat other side.
