          Exercise Description:
Overhead Extension with the Theragear® Physio Toner
           Classification:
Triceps
          Instruction:
Hold one handle of physio toner behind your back, grasp with the other hand handle of physio toner and begin straigthening your arm upwards until it is is straight. Pause briefly then slowly return to the starting position. Switch arms after set is completed.
Perform 3 set of 8-12 repetitions.
Rest 30-60 seconds between each set.
