Kneeling Lateral to Frontal Raise on Swiss Exercise Ball with TheraGear® Power Weight Ball 
           Classification:

          Instruction:
 Start in an upright kneeling position on the Swiss Exercise Ball, arms extended downward. Maintaining a stable, unmoving kneeling position, raise the arms until the TheraGear® Power Weight Ball is even with the shoulders, maintaining a rigid but soft elbow. From this position slowly move the arm in the same plane to the front of the body without bending at the elbow. Return the arm back to the side position, and then return to the start position. Repeat
