Hip-Circles and Stretched Arms with TheraGear® Core Disk 
           Classification:

          Instruction:
Sitting on a TheraGear® Core Disk with legs bent, lean back with arms outstretched behind you. Inhale, maintain neutral and lift your feet off mat. Exhale, keeping shoulders in neutral and navel to spine while circling knees to right side. Inhale with spine flexed and knees lifted as high as possible. Exhale and circle knees to left side. Reverse.
