Hand Balance with TheraGear® Extreme Balance Board

          Instruction:
Assume a push-up position with one hand on each end of board and feet hip-width apart. With neutral posture, practice balancing hands on board without either end of board touching the floor. For less intensity, perform balance from your knees.
