Alternating Arm Swings on Swiss Exercise Ball with TheraGear® Power Weight Ball - Intense

          Instruction:
  Start from a ball bridge position, body weight centralized to the top of the shoulder blades while the hips shoulders and knees are maintained in parallel alignment. Keep the knee directly above the heel. Start with one arm extended overhead, the opposing arm extended to the hip, and one leg extended or off the ground. Swing both arms in a circular arc overhead and over chest until the overhead arm is at the hip and the hip arm is overhead. Repeat
