Instruction:
Set the loop to the middle of your sole to make sure it will not slip.
Stand upright and let the bar hang in front of your thigh.
Bend at your elbows to curl the bar to shoulder level.
Pause momentarily at this top position.
Slowly lower the bar back to the starting position.
Side Note:
Repeat 8 to 15 times
