Instruction:
Lie face down with Swiss Exercise Ball under abdomen and pelvis. Place hands by hips and toes on the floor, hip-width apart. Extend right arm above head. Release and extend left arm above head. For more intensity, extend right arm and left leg, then left arm and right leg.
