Exercise Description:
One-Leg Balance on TheraGear® Balance Board and TheraGear® Core Disk

Classification:
Lower Body, Legs

Instruction:
Place TheraGear® Balance Board on TheraGear® Core Disk. Stand on the board with good posture. Lift right foot off the board so you are standing on one leg. Bend the right leg so foot is behind the body. Hold, release and repeat by lifting the left foot.
