Exercise Description:
One-Legged Balance with TheraGear® Extreme Balance Board and TheraGear® Core Disks

Classification:
Core Stabilization, Balance

Instruction:
Position balance board lengthwise with one TheraGear® Core Disk under each end. Stand on right foot in middle of board with neutral posture. Practice balancing without letting the ends of the board touch the TheraGear® Core Disks below. Repeat with left foot.
