Exercise Description:
Supine Hip Extension with Fitband

Classification:
Abdominal Core, Lower Body

Instruction:
Lie face up with knees bent and feet on floor. Holding the ends of the Fitband to the floor on either side of you, place the band over hips. Slowly lift hips off the floor without moving your hands. Release.
